About this issue
Peter Parker has a lot on his plate. He has just learned that he has a cousin he never knew about, Cormac Crane, the son of Aunt May and Uncle Ben who was long believed stillborn but was actually taken from them. While May works to get to know her newly found son, Peter needs a little space to process it all. So Spider-Man throws himself into the job and teams up with a new-and-improved Damage Control, taking on villains like Jack O'Lantern and Electro. But the more nights he spends swinging across the skyline, the more his personal life suffers. Aunt May is waiting for him, and the people who love him are starting to ask how long he can keep avoiding them. This issue of The Amazing Spider-Man, numbered Legacy #999, is written by Joe Kelly with art by Francesco Manna and colors by David Curiel. It brings together fast web-slinging action, a mix of humor and heart, and the family drama at the center of Peter Parker's life. A "Previously" page helps new readers jump in.
