Print editions – 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase of print editions within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

1. Email us at office@e-comicbooks.com with your order number and the items you want to return (you can use the form below).
2. Send the items back within 14 days of informing us, to: PRYZMAT, ul. Kolumbijska 10, 01-991 Warszawa, Poland.
3. Please return the comics in unused condition. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

We will refund the price of the returned items and the cost of standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

Note: the digital edition included with a returned print edition will be removed from your Library.

Digital editions

Digital editions are made available immediately after payment. At checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the content is delivered. This does not affect your rights if the content is defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If a print edition arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, or a digital edition does not work correctly, contact us at office@e-comicbooks.com with your order number and photos/description. We respond within 14 days and will replace the item, fix the issue or refund you – at no cost to you.
