Delivery methods and costs

Available couriers, prices and estimated delivery times are shown in your cart once you add a print edition. Free shipping thresholds are displayed next to each method.

Processing time

Orders are usually handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery estimates shown in the cart are counted from dispatch.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check the status in your account.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available in the delivery form in the cart.

Customs and import fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the courier on delivery if possible and contact us at office@e-comicbooks.com with photos and your order number. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you.

Digital edition included

Every print order includes the digital edition, available in your Library immediately after payment – so you can start reading before the parcel arrives.
